How long will it take for the order to reach me?

  • We strive to ship the orders within 2 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

  • Yes, You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

What is the cost of shipping?

  • We offer free shipping in India for all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, the shipping charges are ₹90.

 

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

  • We try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If somehow the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please drop us a message on our Whatsapp number +91-9818189389 or write to us at orders@themysteryboxseller.com (please mention your order number) and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Do you ship Internationally?

  • Unfortunately, at the moment we don't.

My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What should I do?

  • Please drop us a message on our Whatsapp number +91-9818189389 or write to us at orders@themysteryboxseller.com within 24 hrs of the delivery date mentioned in the tracking link. We will check with the courier service and get back to you ASAP.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

  • Please refer to our Return / Exchange Policy for The Mystery Box and Noor- The Artisan Store Products below.

Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please drop us a message on our Whatsapp number +91-9818189389 or write to us at orders@themysteryboxseller.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

​

  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Mystery Box and accept The Mystery Box’s decision regarding the cancellation.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
 

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.Please read through the following terms & conditions carefully, prior to making a purchase.

What do I do if I don't like the product I received?

  • We hope you don't have to look for this option too often, But if somehow you don't like the product, please drop us a message on our Whatsapp number +91-9818189389 or write to us at orders@themysteryboxseller.com and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the mail/ message. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • As a company policy we do not provide REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE on any Noor-The Artisan Store product once sold, as all the products are one-of-a-kind. Once the Noor- The Artisan Store products are sold they can only be returned if you have received a Damaged Product (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). In the said situation, we will issue a credit note for our customers, with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • If the product you received is damaged or broken, Please drop us a message on our Whatsapp number +91-9818189389 or write to us at orders@themysteryboxseller.com, strictly within 24 hrs of the delivery to request a credit note. (Please mention the product code and attach photos of the damaged products along with the mail/ message.)

  • Once the return is approved, we will issue a credit note for our customers, with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt. Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through trackable mail,as any returned item that is not received by The Mystery Box will be treated as not returned and The Mystery Box will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

I received a damaged product from The Mystery Box. What do I do?

  • Please do not worry. Drop us a message on our Whatsapp number +91-9818189389 or write to us at orders@themysteryboxseller.com with images of the damaged product strictly within 24 hrs of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or issue a credit note whichever is preferred. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 7 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

       Note: Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility.

How will I receive the credit for my money?

  • The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on The Mystery Box's website. The credit note can be used only once, you will not be able to use the remaining amount (if any) later.

Why my exchange is not accepted?

We take great care in delivering our products and believe in maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.

  • The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is used or damaged.

  • All the items bought in special offers sale, with a coupon and gift voucher are non returnable & non exchangeable.

  • Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

The shipping charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.
